基于新常态的职业教育学生素质发展路径探讨

摘　　要："以德为先""德才兼备"不仅是社会选用人才的标准,也应成为职业院校素质教育最根本的追求。从新常态下服务区域经济的职业教育转型定位入手,依据学生在职业院校的职业成长规律,提出文化育人、能力提升、课程开发、人文教育、质量检测等五大素质发展战略工程,营造全体性、多方位、全程化的素质教育环境,从根本上提升学生的综合素质修养水平。'Morality first' and 'possessing both political integrity and professional competence' are not only the standards for the society to select talents, but should also become the basic pursuit of quality education. Starting from the orientation of vocational education transformation in serving the regional economy under the new normal, this paper puts forward five quality development strategy projects, respectively cultural education, ability promotion, curriculum development, humanistic education and quality inspection according to vocational students' professional growth regularity, in order to build a quality education environment with whole nature, multi-directions and whole process, which can fundamentally improve the students' comprehensive quality level.
