摘　　要："5+3"背景下的中医住院医师规范化培训工作刚刚起步,面临着学生认可度低、基地设施不足、管理考核制度不完善、学生临床能力较差等问题。全文从如何认识规培重要性、培训医院资质要求、规培医师待遇、强化医患沟通、理论与临床并重、完善考核制度等方面探讨怎样通过住院医师规范化培训培养大批高水平、高素质的中医临床医师。The standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents has just started in the background of ＂5＋3＂. It is facing many problems at present, for example, low degree of recognition, lack of facilities, unperfact management assessment system, poor students＇ clinical ability and other issues. From how to understand the importance of training, training hospital qualification require-ments, the training of physician treatment, strengthening the doctor-patient communication, both theoretical and clinical importance,improving the assessment system, etc., the paper discussed how to cultivate a large number of high level, high quality Chinese medicine clinicians through standardized training of resident doctors.
