摘  要:国家教师资格考试是由教育部建立统一考试标准、各省级教育行政部门统一组织实施的标准参照性考试。与传统的教师资格考试相比,考生范围、报考条件、考试难度、考试内容等都有创新与突破。从教师资格考试制度改革的趋势来看,职前教师教育在完善课程体系上要更新师范生对师范教育的观念,增加教育专业课程比例,完善师范教育实践性课程的设计,并明确教师专业发展理念在师范教育课程设置中的重要地位,以期培养出专业素质全面发展和终身学习的优秀教师。National Teacher Certification Examination is a criterion-referenced test, whose examination standard is established by the Ministry of Education, and organized by the provincial education administrative departments. Compared with the traditional teacher certification examination, there are innovations and breakthroughs at the range of candidates, application requirements, examination difficulty, and examination content. Based on the trend of the reform of teacher certification examination system, the concept of normal education should be updated, the proportion of education curriculum should be increased, the design of normal education practice course should be perfected, and the importance of the concept of teacher professional development in the normal education courses should be emphasized. These are expected to cultivate teachers with all around development.
