摘  要:目的了解开封市鱼类产品及相关水体中气单胞菌的污染状况,为有效预防控制由气单胞菌引起的食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法按照随机采样原则,2014年采集开封市养殖场、销售场所、餐饮场所15种样品,共216份。用美国BD公司Phoenix^(TM)-100全自动细菌鉴定仪结合GB/T 18652-2002《致病性嗜水气单胞菌检验方法》进行气单胞菌鉴定。结果从216份样品中,检出致病性气单胞菌6种135株,检出的致病性气单胞菌以温和气单胞菌数量最多,占检出菌株的51.11%。不同场所中以养殖场气单胞菌污染率最高,为73.61%;15种样品中以养殖场淡水活鱼样品中气单胞菌污染率最高,为83.33%。结论检测发现鱼类产品携带致病性气单胞菌较普遍,淡水鱼类致病性气单胞菌携带率高于海水鱼类。应加强对鱼类产品及外环境水体的卫生监督管理,以预防气单胞菌等感染疾病的发生。[Objective]To investigate the contamination status of aeromonas in fish products and related water in Kaifeng City,provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of foodborne disease caused by aeromonas.[Methods]By the random sampling principle,216 samples of 15 kinds of food were collected from aquafarms,markets and restaurants in Kaifeng City in2014. The aeromonas was identified by BD Phoenix^(TM)-100 identification system and the Methods for Detection of Pathogenic Aeromonas Hydrophila(GB/T 18652-2002).[Results]135 strains of 6 types of aeromonas were isolated from 216 samples,which were dominated by Aeromonas sobria,accounting for 51.11%. In different places,the positive rate of aeromonas in aquafarms was the highest,which was 73.61%. Among 15 kinds of food,the positive rate of aeromonas in freshwater fish samples from the aquafarms was the highest,which was 83.33%.[Conclusion]The contamination of pathogenic aeromonas is common in fish products,and the carrying rate of pathogenic aeromonas in freshwater fish is higher than that in seawater fish. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance and management of fish products and external environment water to prevent the foodborne disease caused by aeromonas.
