摘　　要：美国在1996年出台"学校领导者标准"后,于2008年对该标准基于政策导向进行了第一次修订,并在时隔7年后再次对该标准进行了修订,于2015年出台了"教育领导者专业标准"。此次修订在目标、内容和形式上有了比较大的变化。探索美国"教育领导者专业标准"的发展过程和新特点,对我国校长专业标准的改进和更新具有一定的启示意义。After issued the Standards for School Leaders in 1996, the United States revised it for policy-oriented in 2008, and revised it again to Professional Standards for Educational Leaders in 2015. The standards that issued in 2015 has great changes in purpose, content and organization. Exploring the development history and new characteristics of professional standards for educational leaders in the United States may be helpful to improve and renew the principal professional standards in China.
