先前学习认定理论在UCC师资培养模式中的应用——以浙江建设职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：先前学习认定(APL)是职业教育中连接中学、职业院校和大学教育体系的评价认证制度。一方面,可以有效地利用教学资源,节约学习成本;另一方面,有利于指引职业教育朝更加健康、高效的方向发展。浙江建设职业技术学院的UCC师资培养模式的合作对象主要为高职院校、本科名校、企业,三者之间应该有较好的合作基础及一定的标准要求。先前学习认定制度能有效沟通企业与高职院校、企业与本科院校、高职院校与本科名校之间的关系。Prior Learning System（APL） is an evaluation and certification system that connects the education system of high school,secondary vocational schools and universities.On the one hand, it can make use of the teaching resources effectively and save the cost of learning. On the other hand, this system is conducive to the development of vocational education and guides the development of vocational education towards a healthier and more efficient direction. The UCC teachers＇ training mode of Zhejiang Construction and Technical College has three main cooperative objects： higher vocational colleges, universities and companies. There should be a better cooperation base and a certain standard or requirement among the three. Prior Learning Recognition system can provide a communication platform for the relationship between high vocational colleges, companies and universities.
