摘  要:通过对上海、深圳两地166名企业员工进行问卷调查,探讨了企业员工人格特质、工作满意度及离职意向之间的关系。结果发现:(1)工作满意度对离职意向有显著的负向影响;(2)神经质对工作满意度有显著的负向影响,对离职意向有显著的正向影响;(3)在神经质、工作满意度及离职意向三者的关系中,工作满意度具有完全中介效应。In order to explore the relationships between personality traits, job satisfaction and turnover intention of enterprise employees, 166 employees from Shanghai or Shenzhen were sampled and surveyed.The results indicated that:(1) Job satisfaction had a significant negative effect on employees' turnover intention.(2) Neuroticism had a significant negative effect on employees' job satisfaction, but had a significant positive effect on employees' turnover intention.(3) Job satisfaction had a full mediation effect among neuroticism, job satisfaction and turnover intention.
