摘 要:高职院校教师实践能力缺失的主观原因是教师提升实践能力的主观能动性不够,客观原因是教师缺乏实践学习的机会和场所、教师继续教育流于形式、实践能力未被纳入考核体系等。提升教师实践能力的培养策略包括校本培养策略、校企合作培养策略、岗位实践培养策略和自主培养策略。要达到提升教师实践能力的目的,需要政府加大支持力度、学校加大管理协调力度,通过规范化、制度化的管理制度提供实施的保障。The subjective reason for the lack of teachers’practical ability is that they lack the subjective initia-tive of promoting practical ability . And the objective reasons are the lack of opportunity and occasion;teacher con-tinuing education becomes a mere formality;practical ability has not been included in the assessment system,etc. The strategies for cultivating teachers’practical ability include school based training strategy,school enterprise coop-eration training strategy,post practice training strategy and independent training strategy. To achieve the purpose of promoting teachers’practical ability,the government should increase support efforts,schools should intensify man-agement coordination,so as to provide the implementation of the protection through standardized,institutionalized management system .
