摘　　要：将IT架构柔性解构为技术IT架构柔性和人员IT架构柔性,构建了IT架构柔性驱动顾客参与框架模型,并利用针对中国制造企业的问卷调查数据,检验IT架构柔性的两个维度对顾客参与的驱动影响,以及顾客类型在其中的调节效应。结果表明:技术IT架构柔性和人员IT架构柔性对顾客参与具有积极的驱动作用;顾客类型在人员IT架构柔性对顾客参与的积极驱动影响中发挥显著的调节效应,但在技术IT架构柔性对顾客参与的驱动影响中的调节效应不显著。Dividing IT infrastructure flexibility into technical IT infrastructure flexibility and human IT infrastructure flexibility,this paper establishes a framework model for IT infrastructure flexibility driving customer participation.Then it uses the questionnaire survey data about Chinese manufacturing enterprises to verify the driving impacts of two dimensions of IT infrastructure flexibility on customer participation,and the moderating effect of customer type on these impacts.The results show as follows：technical IT infrastructure flexibility and human IT infrastructure flexibility have positive driving impacts on customer participation;customer type has a significant moderating effect on the positive driving impact of human IT infrastructure flexibility on customer participation,but has not a significant moderating effect on the driving impact of technical IT infrastructure flexibility on customer participation.
