生而“敬业” 人之根本——从中国优秀传统文化谈大学生敬业教育

摘　　要：在辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义思想指导下,本文阐明中国优秀传统文化中敬业之古义,参照中外的敬业理念,从当代大学生思想实际出发,通过发掘"敬业"的基本内涵,包括积极就业、尽职从业、乐业不疲和就业第一,提出"大力弘扬职业、敬业精神,做培育有敬业价值观公民的引领者"的建议,帮助大学生树立敬业精神,迈出踏入社会第一步。The significance of professional dedication in outstanding ancient traditional Chinese culture is explained under the guidance of the dialectical materialism and historical materialism. The intension of professional dedication is discussed from aspects such as active employment,fulfilling one＇s job duty,enthusiasm to work and priority to employment. It is proposed that college students should be the leaders as a citizen with a professional dedication values.
