摘　　要：目前,物流企业的经营状况正在受到更多的利益相关者的影响,物流企业在绩效评价中有必要考虑其他利益相关者的利益和需求。绩效三棱镜评价体系从利益相关者价值导向出发,能够全面、系统地帮助物流企业进行绩效评价。文章将绩效三棱镜评价体系应用于具体的物流企业,从利益相关者的角度出发制定了企业发展战略,构建了绩效评价指标体系。Logistics enterprises operating performance is affected by more stakeholders. In the performance evaluation of logistics enterprises, it is necessary to consider the interests and requirements of other stakeholders. Performance prism helps logistics enterprise to comprehensively evaluate performance from stakeholder value orientation. This paper applies performance evaluation system of the prism to logistics enterprises, makes the enterprise development strategy from the perspective of stakeholders, and builds the performance evaluation index system.
