摘  要:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)是一类由烷基酚(AP)和环氧乙烷反应合成的化合物,因其具有优良的表面活性,广泛应用于农药、包装材料、乳化剂和洗涤剂等产品中。环境中长链的APEO会降解为AP、短链APnEO(n≤2)等代谢物,这些产物会在生物体内累积,并对生物体产生雌激素效应等毒效应。目前,在许多国家和地区的人体血液、尿液、脂肪和母乳等中都检出了AP和短链APEO,而膳食摄入可能是人体暴露AP、APEO的主要途径,因此,有必要对食品中AP、APEO展开进一步研究。文中梳理了国内外食品中AP、APEO的污染现状及其来源,并综述了食品中AP、APEO的提取及检测技术。The compounds alkyphenol ethoxylates( APEO) are a group of man-made chemicals produced by alkylphenol( AP) with ethylene oxide. Due to their special surfactant properties,these compounds were widely used as antioxidants or nonionic surfactants in pesticides,herbicides,emulsifiers,detergents and packing materials. Their biodegradation products such as: AP,alkylphenol monoethoxylate( AP_1EO),alkylphenol diethoxylate( AP_2EO)have been shown to accumulate in living organisms including human being. These substances have been also shown to have estrogenic and other adverse effects on animal and human health. Recently AP and short chain APEO have been detected in a variety of matrices including human blood,urine,adipose tissue and human breast milk worldwide.Food is the major source for people exposed to AP and APEO. Therefore,it is necessary to further research of AP and APEO in foods. In this paper,the current situation and potential sources of AP and APEO in foods were summarized.The extraction and analysis methods for these compounds in different foods were also reviewed and analyzed. These comments would provide some references to the risk assessment and relevant studies on AP and APEO in foods.
