摘  要:高职教育推行现代学徒制于社会、学校、学生都有重要意义。但当前学徒的身份缺乏法律保护、授课师傅的质量缺乏制度保障、质量管理体系尚未构建、学徒能力认证体系尚未形成等问题制约了现代学徒制的推进。在现代学徒制试点阶段,应鼓励借鉴西方发达国家的先进经验,结合我国国情探索学校主导、企业主导、学校与企业共同培养等模式。The promotion of modern apprenticeship by higher vocational education is of great significance to the society, schools and students. However, some problems has posed barriers to the promotion of modern apprenticeship, for example, the identity of the apprentice has not been protected by law, the teaching quality of the master workers has not been ensured by regulations, the quality management system has not been established, the ability authentication of the apprentices has not been set up. At the pilot stage, it is suggested to learn from the advanced experience of the western developed countries and explore the modes of school-dominated, enterprise-dominated, and school-enterprise cooperative cultivation, combined with the situations in China.
