摘　　要：茶叶、莲藕作为我国传统特产资源,都具有独特的营养与保健功能,茶藕产品结合茶与莲藕的品质特点,是茶、藕资源全价利用的新途径。文章结合国内外茶藕产品的研发现状,茶、莲藕以及茶藕产品研发关键应用技术等研究,展望了茶藕产品的应用前景。As traditional specialty resources in China, tea and lotus root have their unique nutritions and health care function. Producing tea-lotus root products which combine the quality and characteristics of both tea and lotus is a new way to effectively use these resources.. This paper reviewed the research development of tea-lotus root products at home and abroad, and the key application technologies of tea-lotus root products research and development, etc.The market foundation and application prospect of tea-lotus root products were also summarized.
