摘　　要：在就业市场化和企业需求多元化的今天,高职院校培养的人才不仅要胜任岗位需求,而且要适应岗位发展变化需求。为此,高职院校应推行工学结合、校企合作等创新人才培养机制和途径,采取多项措施夯实实践教学基础,提升学生岗位胜任能力和就业适应力,服务于"能胜岗+能转岗"人才培养目标。In today＇s employment marketization and need diversification of enterprises,the goal of higher vocational education should not only make students fit for job demands,but also meet the needs of development and change of jobs.Higher vocational colleges should implement the innovation talent training mechanisms and the ways,such as carrying out work-integrated learning,university-enterprise cooperation mode,taking various measures to strengthen the practice teaching base,promoting students＇post competence and job adaptability,and serving the talent training objectives based on “being capable of the oriented position and transferable to other positions”.
