摘  要:二甲基黄和二乙基黄是已见报道的可能被添加到豆制品中的两种非食用色素,为此本文建立了同时测定豆制品中二甲基黄与二乙基黄含量的高效液相色谱方法。样品经乙腈提取,氮吹浓缩后,用乙腈/水溶液定容,样液供高效液相色谱仪分析。本方法中二甲基黄和二乙基黄在0~50 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,二甲基黄线性相关系数r=0.9999,回收率在85%~95%之间;二乙基黄线性相关系数r=0.9995,回收率介于80%~87%,相对标准偏差均在5%以内。此方法准确可靠,应用性强,可作为豆制品中二甲基黄和二乙基黄含量测定的有效方法。该方法的建立为制定豆制品中二甲基黄和二乙基黄的检测标准方法提供了参考,同时为市场上相关产品的监督管理提供了技术支撑。The dimethyl yellow and diethyl yellow are reported to be possibly added to bean products,so a method of measuring dimethyl yellow and diethyl yellow simultaneously in bean products based on HPLC was presented. The dimethyl yellow and diethyl yellow in bean products was extracted with acetonitrile,concentrated under nitrogen and diluted with acetonitrile and water,the extract was analyzed by HPLC,with concentration 0 ~ 50 mg/L,the calibration curve has high linearity :for dimethyl yellow,r= 0.9999 and recovery rate was between 85% and 95% and RSD less than 5%;for diethyl yellow,r = 0.9995)and recovery rate was between 80% and 87% and RSD less than 5%.The method was reliable,it was a very effective method in measuring the dimethyl yellow and diethyl yellow simultaneously in bean products.The method provides a reference for the detection of dimethyl yellow and diethyl yellow in the bean products,at the same time provides technical support for the supervision and management on the market related products.
