Effects of Preharvest Spraying with Prochloraz on Postharvest Physiology and Quality of ‘Femminello'Green Lemon Fruits

摘  要:以云南干热河谷区费米耐劳青柠檬为材料,研究了采前喷洒不同质量浓度(150、200、300 mg/L)咪鲜胺对青柠檬采后生理指标和品质指标的影响。结果表明:随着贮藏时间的延长,果实失重率、果皮色差a*、b*、L*及果皮细胞膜透性呈上升趋势,果皮占整果重量比例呈下降趋势,果实可溶性固形物(TSS)先逐渐升高达到峰值后逐渐降低,果皮外观色泽逐渐褪绿转黄。采前喷洒不同浓度咪鲜胺对青柠檬贮藏前、贮藏后果实失重率、果皮所占比例、果皮细胞膜透性影响不显著,但其能延缓青柠檬贮藏过程中果皮褪绿转黄的时间及果实可溶性固形物(TSS)到达峰值的时间。The ‘Femminello'green lemon was used as material to study the effect of preharvest spraying treatment with prochloraz at doses of 150 mg / L,200 mg / L,300 mg / L on the physiology and storage quality of‘Femminello'green lemon. The results showed that the weight loss rate,peel color a*、b*、L*and peel cell membrane permeability increased and total soluble solid rose to a peak and then decreased with increasing the storage time. The peel rate decreased and green peel turn to yellow with increasing of the storage time. There was no significant difference between weight loss rate,peel rate and peel cell membrane permeability with preharvest spraying different doses prochloraz compared with the control( CK) green lemon before and after storage.But it could delay the time of peel color changes and total soluble solid reaches peak.
