立德树人视域下高校班集体建设探究

摘　　要：班集体是有内在教育生命力的集体。当前高校班集体存在着集体主义趋于淡化、班级模式受到冲击、班级组织活动较少、班集体建设缺乏规划等问题。高校需要通过创新班集体建设模式、凝练班集体活动品牌、完善班集体保障制度、确立集体贡献导向、加强班集体文化建设等来实现立德树人的根本任务。Class collective is a group which has inner vitality of education. At present, there are some problems existed in the class collective of higher education, such as the fading collectivism, battered class collective model, less activities, lacking planning in the construction of class collective and so on. So the higher education should take some measures to realize the basic task of morality education, such as to bring new elements to the construction mode of class collective, refine class activities brand, perfect the security system of class collective, establish the orientation of collective contribution, and strengthen the construction of class culture.
