摘　　要：教学学术能力、信息技术能力、教学艺术能力是电大教师教学能力建设的核心。坚持以教学学术研究为先导,以教育技术应用为支撑,以教学过程的优化为根本,是提升教师教学能力和教学效果的根本所在。Teaching academic abilities, information technology abilities and teaching artistic abilities are the core of the construction of the teaching ability of TV University teachers.. It is the？ essence？ of enhancing the teaching a- bility and teaching effect to adhere to the teaching academic research as the guide, the application of educational technology as the support, and optimizing the teaching process as the fundamental.
