摘　　要：基于"中德深度校企合作"高职办学模式,充分发挥校企优势资源开展融知识、技术、技能于一体的合作教学,联合培养应用型高级技能人才。实现了注重实效的校企合作深度融合;形成了以"三合一、订单班"为过程,工学结合人才培养模式;构建了以"工作任务为中心"的项目课程体系;建成了注重理论与实践统一的师资团队。Based on deep Sino-Germany college-enterprise cooperation, the higher vocational education pattern takes superior resources to develop cooperative teaching with knowledge, technology and skill and train talents with applied high-level skills. The pragmatic closer integration of colleges and enterprises has been realized. The pattern of talents training with the process of trinity and ordered class has been formed. The project curriculum system with centering on work tasks has been constructed. The teaching group with paying attention to the combination of the theory and practice has been estabhshed.
