摘  要:应用蚁群参数寻优自适应PID控制,进行了基于随机激励的非线性结构振动控制实验研究。通过蚁群算法转换、性能指标函数建立、路径构建和信息素更新等详细阐明了蚁群参数寻优PID控制的具体实现步骤。建立基于蚁群寻优PID控制的实验控制系统,对压电作动器和传感器在系统中的优化选位进行了分析。对汽车车身板件振动进行控制实验,对板件分别施加随机持续激励和脉冲激励,观测控制前后的振动情况,验证了控制系统的有效性。Experiments on random vibration control was performed based on the application of PID controller with adaptive parameters optimized by ant colony algorithm. Through the conversion of ant colony algorithm, the formation of performance index function, the path construction and the pheromone update, the specific implementation steps of PID control based on ant colony optimization are discussed in detail The experiment control system is established and the piezoelectric actuators and sensors in the system optimization are analyzed, Random and continuous incentives or pulse incentives are imposed on body panels at the experimena Observing and comparing the vibration signal of body panels between the two kinds of conditions of before controlled and after controlled. From the results of experiment, the effectiveness of the control system is verified.
