提升社区教育课程开发效度的思考——基于社区名师工作室的视角

摘　　要：基于名师工作室的实践,发现当前社区课程开发效度不尽人意,存在课程无人选、选课得不到实施和实施效果不佳等问题。需要从加快社区教育共同体的建立、打造社区课程开发智库、建立双重课程评估机制、构建合格课程开发体系、开放社区微课程等方面来提升课程开发效度,并依托课程开发,加强名师工作室的建设。On the basis of the practice,it is less than satisfactory of the community curriculum development validity, mainly including some courses without candidates, no implementation of the courses and the inefficiency of the implementation. Therefore, the essay puts forward a series of measures to improve the efficiency of the curriculum development. In addition, it also comes up with some strategies to strengthen the construction of the teacher studio in terms of the curriculum development.
