新常态下成人高等教育的教学模式研究

摘　　要：基于新常态的成人高等教育教学模式坚持以可持续发展和包容性发展为价值导向,逐渐实现从三维到多维、从三角支架到圆形支架、从单一式到交互式等方面的转向。要推动成人高等教育教学模式与新常态发展的契合,切实提高教学的质量和水平,应以包容性发展为旨归,追求教学理念相对公平;以人才培养目标为导向,驱动教学模式多样发展;以可持续发展理念为基础,促进课程体系动态更新;以"人师"为发展指向,推进教师队伍专业优化;以教学模式变革为基点,推动教学技术匹配整合。Guided by the new normal,the teaching mode of adult higher education is oriented to sustainable and inclusive development,transforming from three-dimensional to multi-dimensional,triangular support to circular support,single mode to interactive mode.Under the new normal,the implementation of teaching model of adult higher education should be,the inclusive development as the goal,to realize relatively fair teaching concept;the goal of talent training as the guide,to drive the development of teaching mode variously;based on the concept of sustainable development,to promote the dynamic update of the curriculum system;＂life mentor＂as the point of development,to advance professional optimization of teachers＇ team;the change of teaching mode as the basis,to promote the matching and integration of teaching technology.
