论特殊教育免费师范生政策的实施

摘　　要：大力推行特殊教育免费师范生政策对于特殊教育发展来说具有重要意义与实践价值。当前来看,可以通过两个层面来推进特殊教育免费师范生政策。一方面,需要继续加大教育部直属院校中招收特殊教育免费师范生的数量与比例,扩大招生规模。另一方面,更为重要的是鼓励特殊教育免费师范生政策向各省域推广,通过在各省域内的特殊师范教育机构中设置特殊教育免费师范生来继续扩大特殊教育教师培养数量。It has a very import significance and practical value to development of special education by carrying out the free normal education policy. In present, there are two ways to put the free normal education policy in forth. On the one hand, the proportion of the special educational free normal students in the subordinates’normal universities should be enlarged. On the other hand, the policy of the special educational free normal education should be diffused to more provincial normal universities to improve special education teachers training.
