摘　　要：培育和践行社会主义核心价值观是高职院校人才培养的首要任务。高职院校要结合社会发展和学校的实际,把中华优秀传统文化、特色校园文化、职场文化和网络文化有机结合起来,打造多种文化共同作用、共同发力的文化架构,并充分利用文化育人的优势和特点,将培育和践行社会主义核心价值观真正融入到高职院校文化育人的过程之中,形成合力,求得实效。Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values is the primary task of Higher Vocational Colleges＇ talents training.Higher vocational colleges should combine the Chinese traditional culture,the characteristics of the campus culture,the workplace culture and the network culture based on social development and school practice,create the cultural structure with various cultures interacting,and cultivate and practice the socialist core values in the process of cultural education in higher vocational colleges.
