摘　　要：深入学习新形势下医学高职生素质教育理论内涵,展望未来社会发展,结合多年的教学实践,对当前医学高职生素质教育存在的问题进行认真思考。认为在医学高职教育教学中,医学生的素质培养应在明确方向,找准目标的基础上,通过读书交流、讲座等形式加以创新,结合课堂教学,系统化加以实施。In depth study of the theory of quality education of medical students under the new situation, prospects for the future social development, combined with years of teaching practice, the problems of the current medical vocational college students＇ quality education are seriously thinking. Think in the teaching of medical vocational education, the quality of medical students should be in a clear direction, identify the target, based on the exchange of books, lectures and other forms of innovation, combined with classroom teaching, systematic implementation.
