摘　　要：分析了地方本科院校生物工程专业人才培养存在的问题,阐述了应用型创新人才的内涵与特点,结合蚌埠学院生物工程专业培养实际,基于工程应用型培养模式,分别从培养方案修订、课程体系设置、培养模式设置和考核环节制定等多方面研究,探索出一套符合地方高校发展的校企合作应用型创新人才培养体系。The local undergraduate universities biological engineering talent cultivation problems were analyzed,the connotation and characteristics of the applied innovative talents were expounded. Combined with practical training of biological science and engineering in Bengbu University, training mode based on engineering application type,respectively from the training program revision,curriculum setting,training mode and assessment link formulation,were researched,to explore a set of training system of application type talents under the school- enterprise cooperation.
