摘  要:目的对比分析显色培养基与SS培养基对从业人员肛拭标本及食品中沙门菌检测的灵敏性和特异性。方法将2 739份从业人员肛拭样品及297份食品增菌后分别接种显色培养基和SS培养基分离培养,结果进行对比分析。结果 2 739份肛拭样品中,显色培养基挑选紫色疑似菌落72株,检出沙门菌15株,SS培养基挑选疑似菌落43株,检出沙门菌17株,敏感性分别为88.24%和100.00%,特异性分别为97.91%和99.04%;297份食品中,显色培养基挑选紫色疑似菌落44株,检出沙门菌36株,SS培养基挑选疑似菌落42株,检出沙门菌36株,敏感性均为100.00﹪,特异性分别为96.93%和97.70%。结论 SS培养适用于从业人员肛拭标本及基层大量的日常检测工作;显色培养基适用于食品及突发公共卫生事件的快速检测。实验室检测中,培养基的应用应根据检测样品的种类来选择。Objective To compare the sensitivities and specificities of the chromogenic and the SS mediums in detecting salmonella from employees and food. Methods 2 739 employees’anal swab and 297 food samples were separately inoculat-ed into the chromogenic and the SS mediums after pre-enrichment,and compared the sensitivities and specificities of salmonella in the two kinds of mediums. Results Among the 2 739 anal swab samples, 72 suspected colonies and 15 salmonella strains were found using the chromogenic mediums whereas the corresponding numbers for using the SS mediums were 43 and 17. Thus 88.24% vs 100.00%(sensitivities) and 96.10% vs 99.04%(specificities) were found respectively using the chromogenic and the SS mediums separately. Again, among the 297 food samples,44 suspected colonies and 36 salmonella strains were found using the chromogenic mediums whereas the corresponding numbers for using the SS mediums were 42 and 36.Thus 100.00% vs 100.00%(sensitivities) and 96.93% vs 99.04%(specificities) were found respectively using the chromogenic and the SS mediums separately. Conclusion SS mediums were preferred for the routine detections for the employees’anal swabs while the chromogenic mediums were preferred for the rapid detection in the public healthy emer-gency.And it depends on types of samples to choose the kind of mediums.
