摘  要:目的调查北京市普通居民母乳中6种指示性多氯联苯(polychlorinated biphenyls,PCBs)的含量水平。方法于2014年在北京市采集38份母乳样品,按照国标方法用高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱结合同位素稀释技术测定母乳中6种指示性PCBs(CB-28、CB-52、CB-101、CB-138、CB-153、CB-180)的含量。结果6种指示性PCBs总含量范围为1.10~17.59 ng/g fat,平均值6.02 ng/g fat,中位数4.69 ng/g fat。含量最高的两种化合物为CB-138和CB-153。婴儿单位体重日摄入量的平均值为24.2 ng/(kg bw·d)。结论北京市普通居民的指示性PCBs负荷水平较低。Objective To investigate concentrations of six indicator PCBs in human milk of ordinary residents in Beijing. Methods 38 human milk samples were collected in 2014 from Beijing. Concentrations of six indicator PCBs( CB-28,CB-52,CB-101,CB-138,CB-153,CB-180) were measured by using high-resolution gas chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry( HRGC-HRMS) and isotope dilution methodology. Results The total content of six indicator PCBs was 1.10-17.59 ng / g fat. The mean value of concentration for ∑6PCBs was 6.02 ng / g fat with a median of 4.69 ng / g fat. CB-138 and CB-153 were two predominant congeners. The average infant's estimated daily intake( EDI) for indicator PCBs was 24.2 ng/( kg bw·d). Conclusion The human exposure to indicator PCBs in Beijing was lower than those in developed countries and most urban area in China.
