摘　　要：全国职业院校文秘速录技能大赛受到越来越多院校的重视,参赛院校逐年增多,大赛影响力逐年增强。本文从文秘速录技能大赛赛项特点、促进作用和在大赛中取得成绩的措施三方面进行分析,以期对全国职业院校文秘速录技能大赛进行较为全面的研究,对参赛院校有所助益。National Vocational Secretarial Skills Contest has received the attention of more and more colleges and universities. Participating institutions is increasing year by year, which also increases the influence of the contest. This article analyzes the characteristics of the contest, its role of promotion, and ways to get good result in the contest, in order to make comprehensive research on National Vocational Secretarial Skills Contest and be helpful to participating institutions.
