摘　　要：高考英语的效度界定和验效关系到高考英语的整体质量问题。本文从效度的基本概念入手，指出现行的效度界定标准出现偏差，从高考英语试题命制阶段到分数解释这一区间的效度应纳入整体效度的范围之内；目前国内对验效的研究严重不足，充分的验效有助于解决高考英语的质量问题；高考英语试卷不仅是测量工具，而且也是判断效度的重要依据．而语言内容是验效的原点和重点。There is a strong correlation between validity and the quality of National Matriculation English Test. The blur of the validity definition hinders both of the formulation and execution of validation. The article examines validity and redefines it so as that validity includes the first stage from the construction of the test to that of scores release beyond the whole validation process. focuses on language content as a start, should be advocated Relevant to validity, the work of validation, which and implemented.
