摘　　要：对于给定有限群G,其自同构群Aut(G)是唯一确定的,反之不然.因此对任意给定的正整数n,能否确定所有的群G,使得|Aut(G)|=n是一个比较复杂的问题.主要讨论了自同构群的阶为16p^2q^2的有限幂零群.The structure of the finite group G has been a hotspot in the research of the group theory. For a given finitegroup G, its automorphism group of Aut（ G） is the only certain, but not vice versa. For any given positive integern , to determine all of the group G, such as ｜Aut（ G ） ｜ = 7i, is a complex problem. This research focuses on theautomorphism group of order 16p2q2, and tries to find out all satisfactory conditions of the finite nilpotent groups.
