摘 要:目前动作相关学科理论与实践作为指导体育教学、运动训练的作用逐渐体现出来,人类动作发展特征在体育课程设置、训练计划制定中突显指导意义。运用文献资料、实验法,基于个体动作发展特征针对《体育与健康》武术课程设置进行研究,以提供给当前的武术教学实践。理论层面上得出体育与健康课程标准、教师用书、教科书中武术课程设置的相关问题,即动作难度和体能发展设置有待商榷、动作技术比例较低。实验得出小学U6—7阶段武术教学设置中健身操难度大、基本动作专业评价高、协调性评价有待商榷、U10—11阶段"基本掌握"要求较低。初中U12—14阶段武术套路评价中的打出"武术劲力"不宜要求。全国武术项目联盟小学阶段武术教学设置中基本动作部分内容学习难度较大,以及展演活动和教学设置欠明确。依据动作相关学科、发展科学理论与实践进行分析,并提出了意见或建议,即全国学校武术项目联盟武术教育体系设计中课程内容细化和具体设定展演活动比重等。Theory and practice of movement related subject have showed effectiveness to guide physical education teaching and sports training in present. Traits of human movement development also displayed an outstanding guiding role on physical education course arrangement and training plan design. Based on individual movement development trait,this paper analyzed physical education and health course arrangement by the methods of literatures and experiment. In theoretical level,there are some questions of Wushu course arrangement in physical education and health curriculum criterion,teacher's book,and textbook. Movement difficulty and physical fitness development arrangement are negotiable,and movement skill rate is comparatively low. The results of experiment showed that body mechanics is too difficult,basic movements' profession evaluation is high,and compatibility evaluation is negotiable in the period of U6-7. Basic master requirement is low in the period of U10-11. Wushu strength should not be required in routine evaluation in the period of U12-14. Some parts of content in basic movement are too difficult to learn in primary schools belonged to national Wushu alliance,and performance activity and teaching design are not clear. Based on related subject,theory and practice,this paper provided some suggestions,such as segment course content and specify performance activity rate.
