中西医结合男科学课程形成性考核模式初探

摘　　要：目前大学人才培养考核方法大都是以期末考核为主,但是这种考核方法存在其弊端,并不能很好的反应学生对课程的掌握情况,所以如何改进考核方法,更好地培养人才是现代教育较为迫切和重要的问题。其中考核方式的设计是关键点,在中西医结合男科学的教学中,实施形成性考核和期末考核相结合的考核方式,切实提升学生的自主学习能力,加强学生临床实践能力。The current university talent training examination methods are mostly based on the final examination, but this kind of evaluation method has its defects, which can not very good reaction students＇s grasp of the eourse. So how to improve the inspection method and training talents better is more urgent and important problem in modem education. The appraisal way design is the key point. In the teaching of integrative medicine andrology, we want to carry out the evaluation mode that combining formative assessment and final examination to promote students＇ autonomous learning ability, and to strengthen students clinical practice ability.
