摘  要:本文从大学英语课堂教学的现状出发,探讨以积极心理学为指导的新型课堂教学,即转变传统大学英语教学中不断纠错的理念,转而关注和呵护学生身上的积极特质,从教师、教学内容、师生互动、教学设备等方面优化课堂教学模式,促进学生心理健康,有效消解学生英文学习的"无力感"和教师教学的"倦怠感",形成教学相长的良性循环。Starting from the status quo of college English classroom teaching, this paper intends to explore a new type of classroom teaching under the guidance of positive psychology, which requires the transformation from the old mindset of constant error correction in terms of traditional college English teaching to focus on the positive qualities of the students in the hope of optimizing the model of classroom teaching from the aspects of the teacher, the teaching contents, the interaction of teacher and students, and the teaching equipment. It is believed that this model of classroom teaching could enhance students' mental wellbeing, relieve the sense of impotence on the side of students and the professional weariness of the teachers, and develop a sound cycle of teaching and learning.
