摘 要:贡柑和砂糖橘是广东西江流域主要栽培的名优特色水果,但采收后贮藏中病害严重,容易腐烂变质。对这2个柑橘品种果实采后贮藏中的病症进行较系统观察,并分离、纯化和显微分析了腐烂果实上的优势菌株。根据发病症状、过程和对菌丝形态特征的镜检结果,广东肇庆这2个主栽柑橘品种果实采后主要致病菌为青霉属真菌,分别是意大利青霉菌(Penicillium italicum Wehmer)和指状青霉菌(P.digitatum(pers.ex Fr.)sacc.),分别导致砂糖橘青霉病和贡柑绿霉病。Citrus reticulata Blanco ‘Gonggan' and Sugar orange(Shatangju) are quality fruits and characteristic fruits mainly cultivated in the Xijiang River Valley of Guangdong Province. However, they are extremely easy to rot, and the post-harvest diseases of citrus varieties are serious. Therefore, this article is for the first time to report the observation of the post-harvest diseases of two citrus varieties systematically. Besides, the dominant strains from decay were not only separated and purified, but also a microscopic analysis was conducted. According to the observation results of characteristics and process of citrus disease occurrence, and the results of microscopic inspection of the morphology of the mycelium, it was found that the pathogenic bacteria of two citrus varieties were Genus fungi, which are Penicillium italicum Wehmer and P.digitatum(pers.ex Fr.) sacc.), and which caused Sugar orange Penicilliosis and Citrus reticulata Blanco ‘Gonggan' green mold, respectively.
