摘 要:文章探讨了普通地方本科院校应用型人才培养改革中,生物学实验课程体系和实验教学模式的构建思路及关键措施。提出按基础、提高和创新三个层次;"基础性实验——综合性、设计性实验"相结合的课堂实验教学,开放式实验教学,科研创新实验教学三种教学形式,构建出一套多层次、开放性、综合性的适合应用型人才培养的实验课程体系和实验教学模式,有效促进了学生知识、能力、思维和素质的协调发展,创新和实践能力的提高。In this paper, the thought and methods about biological science experiment course system reform are discussed in the applied talent training reform in the common local undergraduate colleges and universities. The paper puts forward three levels, that is, foundation, improvement and innovation,which combined with three teaching forms, including the classroom experiment teaching of "fundamental experiment to comprehensive and de- signing experiment", opening experimental teaching and scientific research and innovation experimental teaching, to build a set of multi-level, open and comprehensive experiment course system and teaching mode suitable for applied talents training. It effectively promotes the coordinated development of the students" knowledge, ability, thinking and quality, and improves the innovative and practical ability.
