护生争论力及外倾性与护患沟通能力的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护生争论力、外倾性与护患沟通能力之间的相关性。方法采用方便抽样法抽取在本院实习的64名大专及46名本科护生及其带教老师,采用争论量表、艾森克个性问卷中的外倾性分量表对护生进行调查,采用护患沟通能力量表向老师调查护生的沟通能力。结果护生的护患沟通能力总分为(176.97±23.32)分,得分率为84.27%;争论总分(59.71±7.95)分;外倾性总分为(11.65±5.07)分。外倾性与争论力、护患沟通能力呈正相关(均P<0.05),争论力与护患沟通能力相关性无统计学意义。结论性格偏外向的护生护患沟通能力水平较好,而争论力水平一般。其外倾性与争论力、护患沟通能力呈正相关,而争论力水平的高低与护患沟通能力无关,因此护理教育者和管理者应根据护理实习生的不同性格制定个性化带教计划,因材施教。Objective To explore the correlation among argumentativeness,extroversion and nurse-patient communication competence among nursing interns.Methods A total of 110 nursing interns and their clinical teachers were selected using convenience sampling and surveyed using questionnaires consisting of the Argumentativeness Scale,the extroversion part of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,and the Nurse Patient Communication Ability Scale（imdicated to teachers only）.Results The average total score of nurse-patient communication ability was（176.97±23.32）,with the scoring rate of 84.27%.The average total score of argumentiveness and extoversion were（59.71±7.95）,（11.65±5.07）respectively.The extroversion was found of positive correlation to argumentativeness and nurse-patient communication ability（r=0.299,P〈0.01;r=0.199,P〈0.05）,but no correlation was observed between nurse-patient communication ability and argumentativeness.Conclusion Nursing interns with outgoing personality have good nurse-patient communication ability and average level of argumentiveness.Their extroversion is correlated with their argumentivenness and nurse-patient communication ability,but their argumentaiveness is not related to their nurse-patient communication ability.Therefore,nursing educators and administrators should develop individualized teaching plans according to nursing interns′different characters and aptitudes.
