摘 要:为了重新认识边缘化的音译尤其是中译外的音译问题,细化音译符号所指的文化意义的媒介传播方式,本文以"中新网"和"中国文化网"英文外宣网站为例,探析了网络的超文本、超链接、跨时空、跨文化等媒介优势与文化词的音译有机融合,对中国文化具有更强的外宣传播效应.在网络跨文化传播中,音译语言符号与图像视频、民族背景、受众语境共现融合,以这些方式外显民族文化意义,实现文化意象形象化,民族文化趣味化,受众认同国际化.在网络媒介视域下文化词的音译作为一种异化翻译策略在文化平等交流中起着积极的作用,从本质上可以避免因语言、文化障碍导致的文化误读,有利于中国文化"走出去".The paper amis to study the marginalized transliteration,especially transliteration in Chinese-English translation,and to specialize in what medium environment the meanings of the phonetic symbols can be transmitted.In the case of websites Chinaculture.org and Ecns.cn,transliteration of culture words can be integrated with the advantages of network media,such as the features of hypertext, hyperlink,time and space limitlessness,and cross-culture,so as to convey Chinese culture much better.In cross-cultural communication network,the linguistic symbols of transliteration are figured out to co-occur with photos and videos,national elements and receptors’context.In such ways the meanings of linguistic symbols of transliteration can be transferred due to the visualization of cultural images,the aesthetic interest of national culture and the world-wide acceptance.Under the vision of network media, the transliteration of culture words,as a strategy of foreignization,plays an active role in equal cultural communication.So,cultural misunderstandings can be avoided because of the linguistic and cultural barriers and Chinese culture can also be helped to step out.
