摘 要:教师工作生活质量评价指标是观测教师工作生活质量特征的标准或尺度。建立科学、完备的教师工作生活质量评价指标不仅是实施教师工作生活质量评价工作的重要前提,还是诊断与提升教师工作生活质量的迫切需要。然而,目前教师工作生活质量评价指标存在着一些不容忽视的问题,主要表现在评价指标概念界定模糊,指标类型设置不尽合理,指标数目确立较为随意,评价指标体系缺乏针对性、前瞻性等方面。为此,我们需要厘清教师工作生活质量的内涵与外延、注重研究基础与方法创新,注重"本土化"指标体系研制,加强评价指标顶层设计、构建综合评价指标体系,重视评价指标更新与发展,从而为教师工作生活质量评价提供有效工具。The assessment system on the quality of teachers' work life is characterized by the observation standards or scales of the quality of teachers' work life. Building and improving a scientific assessment indicator system is not only a premise and foundation of carrying out the assessment of quality of work life,but also an inevitable choice of inspecting and improving the quality of teachers' work life. However,the current assessment system of the quality of teachers' work life exists some problems which cannot ignored,such as unclear definition of assessment indicator,irrational setting of indicator types,arbitrary establishment of indicator number,assessment system lack of pertinence,foresight and dynamics. Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the connotation and extension of basic concepts,strengthen theoretical base and method researches,attach importance to update and improvement of assessment indicators,stress pertinence of indicator systems,and reinforce integration of assessment indicators,so as to provide an effective tool for the assessment of the quality of teachers' work life.
