农村初中生营养知识、态度和饮食行为的调查及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查农村初中生营养知识、态度和饮食行为现状并分析其相关性,为相关部门制定相应的干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法对河南省6个省辖市12所农村中学1 829名初中生的营养知-信-行进行问卷调查。结果农村初中生营养知识平均得分较低,为(64.24±18.45)分,对较为专业性的营养知识掌握较差;营养态度平均得分较高,为(26.05±2.67)分,但部分学生主动了解营养知识和愿意改变饮食行为的态度稍差;饮食行为平均得分一般为(35.45±4.97)分,普遍存在膳食结构和膳食制度不合理、补水不科学等问题;少数学生还存在食用零食过多等不良饮食行为;学生的营养知识、态度和行为之间呈正相关,但相关系数不高。结论农村初中生营养知识贫乏,并存在一些不良饮食行为;营养态度总体较好,但有待转化为行动。Objective This work was to survey the status of nutritional knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior of rural middle school students and to analyze the correlation between them so as to provide evidence for intervention measures. Methods A questionnaire survey about the nutritional knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior was carried out among 1829 middle school students at 12 rural middle schools in Henan Province by stratified random sampling method. Results The middle school students in rural areas were poor in common nutrition knowledge （ with an average score of 64.24_＋18.45）, even worse in advanced nutritional knowledge. While they have a high nutritional attitude score （mean value is 26.05_＋2.67）, they lack the initiative to obtain nutritional knowledge and are reluctant to change their diet. The diet average score was 35.45_＋4.97. Most students had unhealthy dietary behavior such as irrational dietary pattern and unscientific rehydration, and some students ate too much snack. Their nutritional knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior were positively correlated, although the correlation coefficient was not high. Conclusion Most middle school students lack nutritional knowledge and have some unhealthy dietary behavior. Although they have a rather good nutritional attitude, such attitude needs to be converted into action.
