关于江汉大学办学理念的思考

摘　　要：新的江汉大学的办学理念是 :坚持以人为本 ,以创新为灵魂 ,以改革为动力 ,促进学校规模、结构、质量与效益协调发展 ;坚持以教学为中心 ,以科研为龙头 ,以服务社会为己任 ,大力培养具有创造性和实践能力的高素质人才 ;坚持勤俭办校、严谨治学的方针 ,保证学校各项事业持续发展。为实现办学理念必须实施调整结构 ,更新观念 ,优化资源 。The idea of running New Jianghan University is to persist in taking humanism as the foundation,innovation as the soul and reform as impetus so as to promote the coordinated growth of the scale,the structure and the quality of the university,to persist in taking teaching as the kernel,scientific research as the leader and serving society as the responsibility so as to train high quality people with creativity and practical ability,and to persist in the policy of running the university industriously,thriftily and meticulously so as to ensure an all-round continuous development of the university.The realization of the idea calls for the general plan for running the university through adjusting the structure,renewing the mentality,optimizing the resources,deepening the reform in every respect,etc.
