摘  要:针对电动汽车的自身特点,利用DALLAS公司生产的单总线器件DS2438,开发以Freescale公司的16位单片机MC9S12XS128为核心的电动车电池管理系统。实现对车辆行驶过程中动力铅酸蓄电池的电压、电流、温度等主要参数进行不间断采样。利用单总线进行数据信息的传递,主控制芯片制定最佳的电池充电方案,对电池进行能量补充和充分利用,为整车能源管理的研究奠定基础。单总线器件的好处是:一条通信线路上可挂载多个器件,可对一组电池的多节电池分别进行监测,同时降低了硬件的复杂程度,具有成本低、易安装维护等优点。该系统提高了电池组的可靠性,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。Aimed at the characteristics of electric vehicles, an electric vehicle battery management system was developed by using a single bus device DS2438 of DALLAS and MC9S12XS128 of Freescale 16-bit MCU. The continuous sampling of the main parameters such as voltage, current and temperature during driving was implemented. By using the single bus, the data information was transmitted to the main control chip. The best battery charging solutions were proposed to make full use of battery energy. The two points above lay the foundation for the research of vehicle energy management. The benefits of single bus devices are as follows. Multiple devices can be mounted on the road; the telecommunication lines can be more of a set of batteries monitoring; it reduces the complexity of the hardware and has the advantages of low cost, easy installation and maintenance. The system improves the reliability of the battery and prolongs the service life of the battery.
