摘　　要：随着知识经济的不断发展,创新型人才的培养已成为高校重要任务,高职院校以其职业性的特点,在其中起着举足轻重的作用,在这一过程中我们着重分析了将素质教育融入创新型人才培养的原因,并结合我院创新班的实际情况分析了在创新型人才培养过程中融入素质教育的具体途径。With the continuous development of knowledge economy, the cultivation of innovative talents has become an important task of colleges and universities, the characteristics of higher vocational colleges with its professional, plays an important role in the, in the process, we analyzed the quality education into the cause of the innovative talents cultivation, and combined with the actual situation of our hospital innovation class analyzed in the process of innovative talents cultivation into concrete means of quality education.
