摘 要:幼儿园教师整体素质是衡量学前教育质量的核心要素。为了解西藏农牧区幼儿教师的专业素养,文章从"专业态度"、"专业知识"、"专业能力"三个方面对西藏四地市农牧区的108所幼儿园的342名幼儿教师进行了调查。结果显示:西藏农牧区幼儿教师的专业态度总体良好,热爱幼儿教育事业、有着较高敬业精神和责任心;专业对口率低,专业知识总体水平较低,转岗教师和非学前教育专业的幼儿教师占一半以上;专业能力各项发展不均,有较强的教育监控能力,但教研能力偏低。教师的专业素养在民族、学历、专业、职称和任教时间上均存在显著差异。The professional quality of kindergarten teachers is core element in evaluating the quality of preschooleducation.In order to find out the professional quality of kindergarten teachers in the agricultural and pastoral ar-eas of Tibet, an investigation has been carried out on the professional attitude, knowledge, ability of 342 teachersfrom 108 kindergartens in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet. The results show that:(1)The professional-attitude of the teachers are commonly good, as they generally love their work and have the sense of responsibly;(2)Their overall level of professional knowledge is low, as more than half of them are not kindergarten educationmajored;(3)Their professional ability is uneven, as their teaching ability is fine, but their capacity of doing sci-entificresearch is weak; and it is found that the teachers' professional quality have much do with their nationali-ties, education background, field of study and years of teaching.
