摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学模式对医学生学习动机的影响。方法采用权威的学习动机量表对我校2013级、2014级临床医学专业卓越班本科生的学习动机进行测量。结果所有被调查学生的学习动机总得分为(2.79±0.22),处于中上等水平,PBL教学组学生学习动机得分为(2.83±0.18),对照组学生得分为(2.77±0.24),存在显著性差异。在量表的6个维度中,PBL教学组在挑战性、热衷性和选择简单任务三个维度的得分与传统教学组相比差异有统计学意义。结论 PBL教学法对于激发学生的学习动机,提高学生学习积极性有促进作用。Objective To investigate the effect of the PBL teaching mode on the learning motivation of medical students.Methods The motivation of the students of grade 2013 and grade 2014 clinical medicine in our university were measured with the authority of the learning motivation scale.Results The total score of the students' learning motivation was(2.79+0.22),in the medium to high level.The score of students learning motivation in PBL teaching group was(2.83±0.18),and the score of the control group was(2.77±0.24),there were significant differences.In the six dimensions of the scale,PBL teaching group have a higher score in challenging,Enthusiasm and selection of simple task compared with the traditional teaching group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion PBL teaching method has a good effect on stimulating students' learning motivation and improving students' study enthusiasm.
