摘　　要：重庆师范大学以培养具有系统音乐专业知识,适应我国社会、经济、文化和音乐事业发展的高层次、应用型音乐表演、音乐创作等领域的专门人才为目标,探索出"人文综合素养+专业理论基础+艺术实践+创新创业能力"的音乐艺术硕士培养模式。为保障音乐艺术硕士培养模式的顺利实施,学院制定了有效的音乐艺术硕士招生模式,为师生搭建了校内外艺术实践与艺术科研活动平台,同时推行双导师制,校内外联合培养硕士。Chongqing Normal University has established the objective of cultivating the music professionals of high-level, applied music performance and music creation with systematic music professional knowledge, adapting to the development of Chinese society, economy, culture and music, and has created the training mode of Master of Fine Arts （MFA） in music with ＂humanistic quality plus professional theoretical basis plus art practice plus innovative entrepreneurship＂. To ensure the smooth implementation of the training mode of MFA in music, the university has estab- lished the effective mode for the enrollment of MFA in music, the platforms of art practice and scientific research on and off campus for the teachers and students, and meantime has implemented the double tutorial system for the joint cultivation of MFA in music.
