新理论框架中大学生人格与工作价值观关系研究

摘　　要：在新的人格结构理论框架中,对400名大学生的人格特质和工作价值观进行测量,并对测量结果进行相关分析和回归分析。研究发现:对大学生来说,人格特质与成长价值、社会价值的相关性较显著,与内在价值、外在价值、保健价值的相关性不明显;大学生群体中,开放性、随和性、自恋是成长价值的正向预测指标,自恋、精神病态、外向性、情绪稳定性是社会价值的正向预测指标。In a new theoretical framework of personality structure,400 students were requested to participate in a questionnaire survey in order to investigate the relationship between personality traits and work values among Chinese undergraduates.The authors conducted correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on the data,and the results revealed：Personality traits correlate with the students＇growth values and social values significantly,but have low correlations with their internal values,external values and hygiene values;Openness,agreeableness and narcissism are positive predictive indicators of the growth value,meanwhile,narcissism,psychopathic,extraversion and emotional stability are positive predictive indicators of the social value.
