摘 要:义务教育学校多样化发展,指的是在均衡化发展背景下,以满足受教育者身心发展需求和教育选择需求为目的,学校选择符合自己特点和需要的办学模式、路径,构建教育教学优势,不断拓展教育发展思路,创新教育发展举措,突显教育发展的特色化。我们可从文化特色化、课程多样化、德育多样化、特需生培养多样化、教师队伍建设多样化和办学模式多样化等方面推进义务教育多样化发展,促进义务教育学校内涵发展,提高人才培养质量。The diversified development of compulsory education school means to that under the background of balanced development and for meeting educatees ’ needs of mental and physical well- being and educational choices,schools select their own running model and path which accord with their features and needs,construct education and teaching superiority,expand educational development ideas,innovate educational development initiatives and highlight the characteristics of educational development. We can promote the diversified development from such aspects as the cultural characteristics,curriculum diversification,diversification of moral education,diversification of special needs of students training,diversification of teachers team construction and diversification of running mode to promote the connotative development of compulsory education and improve the quality of personnel training.
