摘 要:从教师、管理者和学生的视角出发,对高校学生评价教师的教学进行分析,作为教师希望在评价中获得有利于改进今后教学的有价值的信息;作为管理者希望在评价中能获得有效的信息及其对今后教学管理工作的决策所产生的影响和价值;作为评价参与主体的学生希望在评价中能获得的信息及其动力机制。从而提出构建开放式的教学评价体系,以适应当前应用型本科教学改革发展的需要。The evaluation of teaching from students is analyzed from the view of teacher,administrator and student . As teach- ers,they hope to obtain the valuable information to improve the teaching in the future . As administrators,they hope to know what kind of information they can obtain , and how the information can influence the management decision and what is the value of information. As student which is main participant to the evaluation of teching ,they hope to know what kind of information they can obtain ,and what is the motivation to paticipate the evaluation of teaching. Based on these,an open evaluation system of teaching is constructed to meet the needs of teaching reform and development for the applied undergraduate education.
